Short IntroductionPrint a pdf version of this page

Greetings!

I know I have a limited opportunity to encourage you to delve further into these pages so …

please, please, please – if you do nothing more – at least read this short introduction, it will only take about 2 minutes to read.

Copying the style of most Mortgage Websites, I could have put a simple message across.

Something like …

But there is so much more to tell you about …

Welcome to the Website that has swiftly become (and I intend it to permanently remain) the best in the UK for providing access to independently minded mortgage information.

There are demands starting to be placed on the Financial Services Industry to be more interested in Clients and their financial education – this site is being developed to be the authoritative manual on the wonderful world of Mortgages!

I am really proud of this work since I have been able to uniquely split my text and the whole site very tidily into …

‘Information’ and ‘Advice’

This is a format that just does not seem to exist anywhere else.

Never mind about format – there is information in here that does not exist anywhere else – I don’t just tell you how mortgages work like nobody else does (allegedly – I can’t find anyone else anyway), I can show you how mortgages can be used as one of the most powerful financial planning tools to help you with your plans to become financially independent.

‘Information’ is the part you have started to read here. The facts in this section are my own opinions and are not regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

Please note that ‘Advice and Recommendations’ on mortgages is regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) – the ‘Advice’ section describes the core components of a mortgage, I describe how they work so you can build up from scratch - from a blank canvas - how you would ideally like your own mortgage to be constructed.

There won’t be any recommendations made anywhere in this Website but as a regulated independent practitioner I can help you further with one-to-one consultations and I’ll quietly slip in that I don’t charge broker fees for arranging mortgages.

But more about me and my business later – let’s concentrate on you and yours.

How much will these exceptional facts and ideas cost you?

The information is Copyrighted but it is free to you to access and learn from – there are no catches!

I’m sorry – shouldn’t that lovely word be in bold capital letters and with an exclamation mark?

FREE!

I hope you like what I have to say – this really is the start of a Mortgage Revolution!

Watch this space!

Well that was 2 minutes and I’m not convinced that I have given you much of a clue about what to expect.

You will already be able to see immediately below that I have a further ‘Long Introduction’. This next bit isn’t too bad – I want to provide you with just a few more snippets of information before we get to the nitty gritty …

Grab a cup of tea or coffee, and relax …
